About

Dadwell & Co. is an independent media project at the intersection of creativity and fatherhood—founded by Antonio García.

Each episode I explore a different dad’s creative practice, fathering philosophy, and practical tactics for navigating the stress, fatigue, resentment, wonder, pride, and joy of raising the creative bar while simultaneously raising small humans.

If you’re struggling to strike a balance between your identity as a dad and as a maker, artist, designer, musician... or just want to hear honest parenting talk from successful entrepreneurial creatives—this is the podcast for you.

I’m the founder and host of Dadwell & Co., a platform for honest, inspiring conversations at the intersection of creativity and fatherhood. I created Dadwell to explore what happens when artists, designers, musicians, and makers become dads—how our creative practices evolve, how our identities shift, and how we reconcile ambition with presence.

Before launching Dadwell, I spent two decades leading design and strategy work across industries and disciplines. Today, I continue to make space for both deep creative work and deeper fatherhood.

Outside of Dadwell, I’m an illustrator, deejay, marathoner, educator—and most importantly—papi to Javier (10) and Amaya (6½).
